Flying Evil[1] (or simply Flying Demon) are flying types of Evils that exist within the third Castle with the ability of flight.
Background[]
Flying Evils are quick and unpredictable creatures. They may keep up with land-based vehicles in good wind conditions and carry prey the size of a human. Flying Evils appear to be triggered by noises and seek out targets using their sharp vision. They attack anything that moves, carrying victims back to their lair to be devoured. Although, as with all of the Evils, it's unsure whether they actually gain any energy from eating, or if it's simply a remaining instinct.
Flying Evils have not been spotted in the first or second Castle, they appear to be exclusive to the third Castle where they guarded the most important artifact. The creatures tend to be showing a more aggressive than defensive behaviour - they persistently attack fleeing intruders to finish them off, including vehicles much larger than themselves. One might assume that The Wise One's curse overrides their instinct to hunt reasonably sized prey. Dr. Romanov predicted the approach of the Flying Evils by translating ancient scripts inside the altar room of the third Castle "Death will slay with wings whoever disturbs it. Beware...".[2]

Castle III Part D[]
They first appeared when one swooped down and killed a soldier while ther others soldier where being attacked by creatures and flying demons. one of the soldier was able to shoot one of them down on the bridge. As it tried to fly off the bridge the soldier start shooting it as it is in mid-air. It crashes a second time causing the bridge to collapse. As they reach the courtyard, one of the flying demons crashed into a helicopter.
Castle Repercussions Part D2[]
As Boomer and Roberts walked throughout the Castle itself, sneakingly a flying demon flew past them. Later while they were in the helicopter as it was taking off, they were attacked by flying demons.
Trivia[]
- There is a possibility that a Common Evil can potentially evolve into a Flying Evil, after taking its form of Evolved, due to similar likeness and characteristics.
